Keep the context after the handshake.
Before your next event, try a first journey with the products you plan to present. Your team can share its link or guide visitors on site, then use the captured context to follow up.
Give your booth team a shared starting point.
A link or QR code opens the configurator. Visitors can explore your range themselves, or your team can guide them through the questions to understand their application and constraints.
The Atlas Machinerie example shows how questions about the area to clear, surface and available passage prepare a practical conversation about equipment.
Prepare the device before the event.
Trade show mode prepares a published configurator on an authorized device before connectivity is lost. Preparation is required: scanning a QR code alone does not give a new visitor offline access.
Requests captured offline remain pending on that device. Keep the application open when connectivity returns so they can synchronize. Do not clear browser data before the requests are confirmed.
Follow up on the project the buyer described.
Once the server confirms a saved request, it enters your usual handoff process. Email delivery and CRM synchronization depend on that successful save.
After the event, the salesperson can revisit the buyer’s application and selections, then continue the discussion with the context already in hand.
