Can I try SmartSelect before paying?
Yes. You can build, import, configure, and preview for free. A paid subscription is required only when you publish a configurator for buyers.
Is Guided Launch required?
No. Guided Launch is optional. Choose it when you want our team to set up and prepare your first configurator with you.
What counts as a buyer request?
A buyer request is counted when someone completes and submits a live configurator. It includes their answers, recommendation, selected configuration, and contact details.
What happens if I exceed 1,000 buyer requests?
We do not interrupt active buyer journeys or apply surprise overage fees. If your usage stays above the included volume, we will discuss Scale pricing with you before making any billing change.
Which CRM integrations are available?
HubSpot is supported today. Additional CRM integrations will be added over time, and custom CRM or ERP requirements can be discussed with our team.
Can my whole team use SmartSelect?
Yes. Team access is included with no per-seat fees.
